Why Consider Additional Coverage?
Even with personal insurance, unexpected expenses can arise. This optional plan may help close the gap when:
- Your personal insurance provides reduced coverage while your vehicle is in storage.
- Accidental dings, dents, scrapes, or scratches occur.
- Personal belongings are stolen from your stored property, whether on-site or off-site, up to $500, subject to plan limits.
What's Covered?
- Collision: Damage involving facility property or another tenant's stored property.
- Facility Damage: Damage to gates, keypads, doors, bollards, or facility structures.
- Fire, Smoke, Explosion, Burglary & Vandalism: Protection for covered incidents, including exterior damage resulting from burglary or attempted burglary.
- Contents Protection: Coverage for eligible stolen belongings, on-site or off-site, up to the plan's contents sublimit. A police report is required.
- Deductible Reimbursement: Reimbursement for eligible deductibles associated with covered damage and repairs, subject to the full plan limit and applicable terms.
