Promotion Terms & Conditions:

Offer valid for new, first-time renters only. Tenant must maintain an active rental agreement and remain in the same eligible rental space for 12 consecutive months with no interruption in tenancy. Account must remain current and in good standing, with all monthly rent, applicable fees, and other charges paid according to the rental agreement. The free 13th month applies to base monthly rent only and does not include taxes, insurance or tenant protection plans, utilities/electrical charges, administrative fees, late fees, or other applicable charges. Promotion has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless otherwise approved by management. If the tenant vacates or terminates the rental agreement before completing 12 consecutive paid months, the free-month benefit is forfeited. The 13th-month credit will be applied automatically to the eligible tenant’s account after completion of 12 consecutive paid months. Additional restrictions may apply. The Friendly Place Boat & RV Storage reserves the right to modify or discontinue this promotion for new rentals at any time.
